College Park at Salisbury is an off-campus collegiate community. While designing the apartment complex and scouting for a location, we, the developers, called upon our own experiences as students recalling our needs and desires during that defining time in our lives. We also asked college students what they wanted most in student housing. Here is the wishlist on which we based many of our development decisions:
